An experienced Atelier Developments manager will handle all aspects of the construction of your new home. This means that you will benefit from proven contractors and suppliers offering an excellent standard of workmanship and quality control. Atelier will also manage the CDM Regulations, NHBC Key Stage Site Inspections, custom budget advice and all aspects of Health & Safety.
Yes. You will have peace of mind knowing that you can always get in contact with a number of Atelier staff. Contact details for your project manager and any other relevant Atelier employees will be provided at the beginning of the build contract. You will also benefit from our after sales customer care service.
Of course. You will be able to meet with our architects and designers to discuss your specific requirements, from input on material choices through to design and layout.
Yes. If you wish to see how the build project is going then we will arrange for one of our staff to escort you around the site. You will then have the chance to review and discuss the progress of your new home.
A full breakdown of the costs will be provided at the design stage and discussed prior to commencement of build. This will then be broken down into stages for payment at pre-agreed regular intervals during the construction period. Atelier also work to a ‘no deposit’ policy, meaning that you won’t have to pay out a large sum at the beginning of the project.
Your new home will benefit from a 10 year NHBC warranty, a recognised scheme that is used by reputable house builders. Once we are satisfied that your home is completely finished to the highest standard, we will invite an NHBC inspector to issue a final Council for Mortgage Lenders (CML) certificate. On issue of this certificate, the 10 year warranty commences.
